Synopsis: Akito Hayasaka, a talented artist, discovers he has a terminal illness and is told he has only one year to live. On the day of his diagnosis, he meets Haruna Sakurai, a girl also suffering from a terminal illness who has only six months to live. A strong bond develops between them, and they decide to spend what time they have left together, leading to a touching love story that explores the meaning of life and love in the face of death.
